永續發展時期：共同營造理想的未來（2020~）

面對全球極端氣候的威脅，淨零碳排成為世界趨勢，2021年4月政府宣示「2050淨零轉型」的目標，以能源轉型、產業轉型、生活轉型及社會轉型四大策略，科技研發及氣候法制兩大基礎，輔導企業建立碳盤查及減碳能力，協助國內產業淨零轉型。為此，企業ESG表現更加受到重視，環境、社會及公司治理成為評量企業永續發展的重要指標。

In the face of the global threat of extreme climate events, achieving net-zero carbon emissions has become a worldwide trend. In April 2021, the government declared the goal of "2050 Net-Zero Transition." This goal is supported by four major strategies: Energy Transition, Industrial Transition, Life Transition and Social Transition as well as the two major bases, Technology Research and Development and Climate Acts. The government provides guidance to businesses in establishing carbon accounting and reducing carbon emissions, thereby assisting domestic industries in their transition towards net-zero. As a result, the performance of businesses in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) aspects has gained significant importance, with environmental sustainability, social impact, and corporate governance becoming crucial indicators for evaluating long-term business development.
